At Lala Hijabs Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new hijab or accessory isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure all hijabs are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location or authorized shipping center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
